Public contact channel
Open a GitHub issue: github.com/mclough74/Blackjack/issues/new
The tracker is public. Do not include an email address, legal name, IP address, account credential, medical information, or any other sensitive personal data.
The domain does not currently operate a contact-form database or public support mailbox. This keeps support messages inspectable and avoids collecting contact details that the site does not need.
What to include in a useful report
- The page URL and a short description of the problem.
- The selected deck count and S17/H17 dealer rule, if the report concerns a hand.
- The player cards, dealer up-card, action taken, and action you expected.
- Browser and device family, without sharing unique device identifiers.
- For editorial corrections, a reliable source and the exact sentence that should change.
Privacy and removal requests
If a leaderboard name needs removal, open an issue containing only the displayed name and a request for private coordination. Do not publish proof of identity in the issue. The operator may ask for enough non-public context to distinguish the entry from another player using the same display name.
Read the Privacy & Cookie Policy for the data handled by the trainer.
Response expectations
This is an independently maintained project rather than a staffed support service. Reports are reviewed as capacity permits. Security issues should be described minimally in public until a private follow-up channel is agreed.
