Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to thirdbase21.com, its trainer, public content, leaderboard, and linked project resources. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Mandatory rights available under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
Educational use only
The trainer uses simulated chips and produces no money, prizes, redeemable value, or right to participate in gambling. Strategy feedback is educational information, not financial, legal, therapeutic, or gambling advice.
No outcome is promised. Correct basic strategy cannot guarantee a winning hand, session, or long-term profit. Rules, payouts, penetration, shuffling, and casino procedures can differ from the simulator.
Leaderboard submissions
Leaderboard participation is optional. Submit only a short, non-identifying display name that you have the right to use. Do not impersonate others or submit names containing personal information, hate speech, harassment, advertising, unlawful content, or links.
Entries may be sanitised, declined, reordered, or removed to protect the service, correct errors, comply with law, or enforce these terms. No leaderboard position has monetary value.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls;
- automate abusive traffic or manipulate scores;
- probe private statistics, credentials, or non-public server resources;
- interfere with availability or use the service to distribute malicious code;
- copy branding in a way that implies sponsorship or endorsement.
Good-faith security observations should be reported minimally through the Contact page.
Availability and changes
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be corrected, or stop without notice. Reasonable care is taken, but uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, and compatibility with every device are not guaranteed.
Responsibility and limitation
You remain responsible for decisions made outside the simulator. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for gambling losses, lost profits, reliance on simulated outcomes, third-party services, or indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual property and links
The site’s original branding, writing, and visual assets remain protected by their applicable rights. Source-code use is governed by the licence, if any, published with the repository. Links to independent services are provided for context; Third Base does not control their content or availability.
Changes to these terms
Material updates will change the effective date above. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that date.
